Day 1: FitCon Amateur Powerlifting Cup (Weigh-ins-Thursday, 1-2:30pm, May 28th) at Mountain America Expo Center / Late Weigh-ins are 5:30-7pm

Day 2: FitCon Pro Powerlifting Cup (Weigh-ins-Friday, 10-11:30am, May 29th) at Mountain America Expo Center / Late Weigh-ins are 5:30-7pm
