How rankings work

Iron Avatar's regional leaderboards rank lifters by DOTS score across cities, states, and federation-independent weight classes. Rankings draw from verified meet results across USPA, USAPL, WRPF, RPS, APF, and other sanctioned federations, so the totals you see are competition lifts rather than gym PRs.

What is DOTS?

DOTS normalizes a squat, bench, and deadlift total against bodyweight and sex, which lets a 148-pound lifter and a 308-pound lifter sit on the same ladder. Boards are organized by region because “top in the country” feels far away for most people.

Why regional?

Seeing who you're chasing across town or in your weight class in your state is what actually pushes the numbers. Pick a region below to see current rankings, recent meet performances, and who moved up this cycle.

Data freshness

If your meet results haven't shown up yet, they import automatically once the federation publishes, usually within a week or two. You can opt in or out of public regional ranking from your privacy settings.
